How we can work together
For the District
Kind, careful FBA and MTSS support
- Who we help: District leaders, IEP teams, and families. What this looks like: We come into the classroom to observe, talk with families and staff, and review past records. We look closely at data to understand why certain behaviors happen and what triggers them. Then, we create a clear, practical Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP) and show you exactly how to use it within your MTSS framework.
For the Campus
Helpful behavior system check
- Who we help: Principals and campus teams. What this looks like: We take a friendly look at your school’s discipline data and see how current plans are working in real time. Through classroom walkthroughs focused on supports, we provide clear notes and easy next steps to help your staff feel more consistent and your students feel more supported.
Teachers & Families
Hands-on training and coaching
- Who we help: Teachers, support staff, and caregivers. What this looks like: We use Behavior Skills Training (BST) to model strategies and role-play scenario together. We coach you during your actual daily routines at school or home, giving you simple tools to track progress so every adult is on the same page and responding to the student in the same way.
Admin & Attorneys
Fair and expert case reviews
- Who we help: Administrators and special education directors. What this looks like: We provide an unbiased, third-party look at student records and behavior plans. This includes direct observation when needed and a check to see if services truly meet the student's needs. You’ll get a written report with professional advice to help make sound, student-first decisions.

Connecting families and schools together
Advocating for the child
Hilltop helps bridge the gap between school and home through friendly collaboration. We make sure every choice is based on what the student actually needs, giving everyone a clear, shared path forward that works for everyone.
Looking at the whole picture
We create behavior plans that care for both learning and emotions. By looking at the whole child, we give school leaders the right tools to make the classroom feel more stable, calm, and ready for everyone to do their best.
Real support for teams
We give staff and families practical strategies through hands-on practice. This shared approach helps stop teacher burnout before it starts and gives students the steady, predictable environment they need to really thrive.
Honest and clear guidance
Our independent reviews offer a fresh, unbiased perspective for administrators. We use clear data to help you make professional, student-centered decisions that are ethically sound and can be trusted by all parties involved.
